No. The owner or manager may be anywhere. The inspected property must fit LAHD jurisdiction and program requirements.

Why do search results change by location?

Can a Torrance rental be inspected under SCEP?

No. Torrance is a separate city. A Torrance-based owner can request help for a different qualifying City of Los Angeles property.
